Where are your products made?
All Zig & Willow products are made in the United States, in our Georgia-based facility.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with domestic hardwoods selected for durability, appearance, and long-term use. Occasionally, we incorporate exotic hardwoods into our designs. Other specialty materials are used when making ornaments and small giftables. Materials vary by product and collection.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are produced in small batches using a combination of precision equipment and hands-on finishing.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most items are made to order.
- Evergreen items: typically ship within 3–5 weeks
- Ready-to-ship items: available in limited quantities and can ship immediately
- Seasonal items: offered on a preorder schedule with estimated ship windows provided at time of ordering
Do you keep items in stock?

Do you offer customization or personalization?

Custom options offered through our retail collections may differ from those available for wholesale orders. Wholesale offerings are intentionally curated to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliable fulfillment timelines.

How are orders shipped?
Orders ship from Georgia via UPS, USPS, or freight, depending on size and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
All retail and wholesale orders are final. If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale access is available to approved retailers. Wholesale pricing, minimums, and terms are outlined on our Wholesale Terms page.
