ORDER MINIMUMS
Opening Order: $500 (before shipping)
Reorder: $200 (before shipping)
Minimum Quantities: 3 units per SKU (same design and wood species), unless otherwise noted.
Wholesale pricing is applied on orders from approved retailers once order minimums are met. Retail pricing may be displayed prior to checkout.
Orders are reviewed prior to production. Orders that do not meet published minimum quantities may require adjustment before production begins.
PAYMENT
Opening orders require pre-payment by credit card. Reorders may be billed on Net 30 terms, pending approved credit references.
Orders will not enter production until payment terms are satisfied. Late payments may result in delayed shipment of future orders.
FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES
All Zig & Willow products are produced in small batches in our Georgia-based facility. Lead times vary by product category and season.
Standard Lead Time (Evergreen Collection)
Please allow 3–5 weeks from order confirmation for production and shipment.
Ready-to-Ship Inventory
Select evergreen items may be available in limited ready-to-ship quantities. Availability varies and is not guaranteed. Ready-to-ship items will be clearly identified at the time of ordering.
Seasonal & Holiday Collections
Seasonal items are offered on a preorder schedule. Estimated ship windows will be communicated at the time of ordering. Holiday collections typically ship between August–October for fall and winter delivery.
Large or High-Volume Orders
Orders exceeding standard quantities may require extended production time. If your order requires additional lead time, you will be notified within 3 business days of order placement.
Special Handling Requirements
Orders requiring additional handling, including custom barcoding, labeling, or retailer-specific packaging, may require additional processing time. Any adjustments to fulfillment timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Rush Requests
Rush fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may not be modified or canceled once production has begun.
SHIPPING
Orders ship from Georgia via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Tracking information will be provided once your order ship.
Large orders may ship via freight, depending on size, weight, and destination. Freight shipments will be quoted and approved prior to dispatch.
Split Shipments
Orders containing a mix of ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may ship in multiple shipments. Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated prior to fulfillment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the start of production. Zig & Willow is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Refused shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All wholesale orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If an order arrives damaged in transit or contains defective items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the affected items. Claims will be reviewed, and appropriate resolution will be determined at our discretion.
